DEFORESTATION

Growing up in Oregon, I was always surrounded by greenery and tall pine trees.

As a kid I thought the forest was a magical place where trees grew bigger and taller than skyscrapers and lived forever.

I moved away just before turning eight and returned in my twenties and my green forest state has changed so much. Coming back and seeing just how many trees have been stripped from the land sparked the idea for this project; Deforestation. 

With this project I want to inform the audience, you, about the cause and effect of deforestation and what we can do to slow it down.
